To our dear friends who have been part of the Phoenix Sweets journey:
It is with a heavy heart, but a mind full of beautiful memories, that the time has come for us to say goodbye. 🥺
Since we started back in 2012—growing from a single small oven in a home kitchen to opening boutiques across PMQ in Sheung Wan, Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay, MOKO in Mong Kok, and Tai Kwun in Central—it has been an absolute privilege. Over the past 14 years, we’ve had the honour of baking more than 10,000 bespoke cakes. We’ve delivered wedding cakes to almost every popular venue in town, and we are so incredibly grateful to have had your support through all our highs and lows.
We have always poured our hearts into designing and crafting every single piece, ensuring we always delivered the most stunning designs and the finest flavours. However, facing an increasingly difficult and challenging business environment in Hong Kong, we have had to make the deeply painful decision to close the doors of our Hong Kong store.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to our wonderful team who have fought alongside us over the years. Thank you for your unwavering dedication, pouring your heart into every single cookie and cake to ensure Phoenix Sweets always delivered the absolute best.
While our Hong Kong shop is closing, our passion for baking and creating will never fade. Our social media pages will remain active, and we look forward to sharing our daily baking lives with you across both Australia and Hong Kong. Hong Kong will always hold a special place in our hearts, so if you have any exciting ideas for future collaborations, please do keep us in mind! ✨

致一直陪伴 Phoenix Sweets 嘅朋友：
一段充滿不捨但又美好嘅旅程，嚟到要同大家講再見嘅時候喇。🥺
由 2012 年創立以嚟，由一開始廚房小焗爐，到門市開過上環 PMQ、銅鑼灣 Fashion Walk、旺角 MOKO，再到中環大館。呢 14 年嚟，我哋好榮幸為客人製作過超過 10,000 個蛋糕，差不多每一間熱門婚宴酒店我哋都有幸送過結婚蛋糕，高高低低好慶幸有大家陪住我哋。
我哋一直用心設計同製作每一件作品，堅持帶俾大家最靚嘅賣相、最好嘅味道。不過，面對香港日益嚴峻同充滿挑戰嘅營商環境，我哋作出咗一個好艱難嘅決定：Phoenix Sweets 香港店將會結束營業。
我要特別多謝咁多年黎跟我哋一齊奮鬥嘅好同事，感謝你哋一直盡心盡力，由每塊曲奇每個蛋糕，將Phoenix Sweets嘅出品做到最好！
雖然香港店即將結業，但我哋對烘焙生活嘅熱誠絕對唔會減退。我哋嘅社交平台會繼續維持運作，同大家分享我哋喺澳洲 同香港兩地嘅烘焙生活日常。香港依然係我哋嘅重點，如果大家有趣嘅諗法可以合作，記得預埋我哋呢！✨
